UGLAW Eligibility
For the 2026 admission cycle, candidates seeking admission to the B.A./B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) five-year integrated course were required to have passed the 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks from a recognised Board/University.
The prescribed minimum was 45% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC/PwD categories, subject to the applicable University rules.
Candidates who were appearing in the qualifying 10+2 examination were also permitted to appear in the entrance examination, subject to fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions by the relevant stage of admission.
The candidature of a candidate who is appearing in 10+2 examination in qualifying year, shall stand cancelled if s/he fails to pass or gets reappear or fails to secure the prescribed percentage of marks in the qualifying examination. Such candidate will not have any claim, whatsoever with regard to her/his admission to the above- said course/s.
Students should not rely on an old eligibility criterion when applying for a new admission cycle. The latest UGLAW prospectus should always be consulted.
